*Each unit is responsible for paying a monthly trash fee ($18.00), a keyless entry fee ($4.00) *duplex only*, and a standard fee for 1 GB internet ($80.00) + all other utilities are paid separately by the resident(s).

**Applicants must be ready to sign your lease and pay your security deposit (one month's rent) within 48 hours of application approval - no exceptions**
The security deposit amount due is equal to one month's rent cost (base rent only).

A PAID WAITLIST IS AVAILABLE FOR CERTAIN UNIT TYPES.  PLEASE READ THOROUGHLY BEFORE SUBMITTING A WAITLIST APPLICATION:

Please make sure your move-in date is flexible and open. Because availability depends on future vacancies, we cannot guarantee a specific move-in timeframe.

To be pre-approved & added to the waitlist, you must:

• Submit an application AND pay the application fee
• Applications are not considered complete until all required fees have been paid. Applicants cannot be added to the wait list until the application has been completed, submitted, and approved.
• Approved applications remain active for 12 months.

• We typically provide 60 to 75 days' notice when a unit becomes available.
• Applications remain valid for one year from the approval date.
• If you decline a unit, you will not lose your place on the waitlist.
• If you have been offered a unit, declined it, and your application expires, you will need to submit a new application and pay the applicable fees.
• Being open to multiple floor plan options may reduce your wait time.  Please apply on your #1 pick, and let your leasing agent know other floor plans you would accept.
• It is required that applicants keep their move-in timeframe as flexible as possible.

• A security deposit equal to one month's rent is due within 48 hours of acceptance.
• All required lease and move-in documents must be signed at the time of acceptance.
• If you accept a unit and cancel, your deposit will be forfeited, and you will not be able to reapply with us for at least 12 months from the date of cancellation.
